Adani Green Energy Commissions 408.1 MW Renewable Projects at Khavda, Gujarat

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has announced the operationalization of new renewable energy projects with a combined capacity of 408.1 MW at Khavda, Gujarat. These projects have been developed through its various step-down subsidiaries, as detailed in Annexure A, and include solar, wind, and hybrid power facilities.

According to the company’s disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the plants were commissioned and became operational from 8:29 a.m. on September 30, 2025, following receipt of the relevant clearances. With this, AGEL has commenced power generation from the newly established projects.

The newly operationalized capacity comprises a mix of projects under different subsidiaries. These include Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six Limited with a solar capacity of 87.5 MW, Adani Renewable Energy Forty One Limited with a wind project of 124.8 MW, Adani Green Energy Twenty Five B Limited with a 5.4 MW hybrid project, Adani Green Energy Twenty Six B Limited with a 30.4 MW hybrid project, Adani Solar Energy Jodhpur Six Limited with a 35 MW hybrid project, and Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Limited with a 125 MW hybrid project.

With the commissioning of these plants, Adani Green Energy Limited’s total operational renewable generation capacity has now reached 16,486.1 MW. This expansion further strengthens AGEL’s position as one of the largest renewable energy companies in India, contributing to the country’s clean energy transition.

The development at Khavda highlights AGEL’s strategy of scaling renewable energy capacity rapidly across multiple technologies, including solar, wind, and hybrid solutions, to ensure diversified and sustainable power generation.
