Bansal Wire Industries Limited has officially disclosed that its wholly-owned subsidiary, BWI Steel Private Limited, has been allotted 170,000 sq. meters of industrial land at GIDC Estate, Sanand-II, Gujarat for setting up a new manufacturing unit.

This development follows the company’s initial application for 200,000 sq. meters of land at the location. The allotment was finalized by the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) for Industrial Plot No. SM/52/2 at Sanand-II Industrial Estate.

The company received the possession agreement with reference to Possession Receipt No. GIDC/ENG/DEE/ABD/SAN1/00039/2025, dated February 27, 2025. BWI Steel Private Limited obtained the registered land agreement from GIDC via post on March 17, 2025.

This acquisition marks a key step in Bansal Wire Industries' expansion plans, strengthening its manufacturing capabilities in Gujarat’s growing industrial hub. The disclosure aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ensuring transparency for stakeholders.
