Kalyan Jewellers Reports Robust Growth in Q4 FY2025: Expands Showroom Footprint and Gears Up for FY2026

Kalyan Jewellers has wrapped up a highly successful fourth quarter for FY2025, showcasing impressive performance despite the prevailing volatility in gold prices. The company recorded a consolidated revenue growth of approximately 37% when compared to the same period in the previous financial year, marking a strong finish to the year.

In India, the jeweller reported a 39% year-on-year revenue growth, driven predominantly by robust wedding demand. The quarter also recorded a healthy same-store-sales growth of approximately 21%, reflecting strong customer engagement and brand trust. Further expanding its footprint, Kalyan launched 25 new showrooms in India during the quarter and added 3 more in the first week of April 2025.

The Middle East operations also saw positive momentum, registering a 24% revenue growth year-on-year, largely supported by same-store-sales growth. The region contributed about 12% to the company’s consolidated revenue during the quarter, reaffirming its strategic importance in Kalyan’s global expansion plans.

On the digital front, the company's platform Candere witnessed a revenue de-growth of approximately 22%, a contrast to the strong offline growth, highlighting challenges in the online jewellery retail space. However, the company continued its expansion strategy and launched 14 new Candere showrooms during Q4 FY2025.

Looking ahead to FY2026, Kalyan Jewellers has ambitious plans to further strengthen its retail presence by launching 170 new showrooms across Kalyan and Candere formats. This includes 75 new Kalyan showrooms (all FOCO) in non-south India, 15 Kalyan showrooms in south India and international markets, and 80 Candere showrooms across India. The company has already completed signing LOIs for most of these showrooms, particularly for the FOCO model in India.

As of March 31, 2025, the total number of Kalyan Jewellers showrooms stood at 388, including 278 in India, 36 in the Middle East, 1 in the USA, and 73 under the Candere brand.

With the ongoing festive season and upcoming Akshaya Tritiya, Kalyan Jewellers is optimistic about sustaining the growth momentum and witnessing strong demand for wedding jewellery purchases.
