March 24, 2025:In response to recent media speculation, Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has issued an official clarification regarding reports that it is in talks to acquire the entire promoter stake in SML Isuzu. The statement follows an article published on CNBC TV18 and similar reports in other mainstream media outlets.

The company has acknowledged the speculation but clarified that while it continuously evaluates various strategic opportunities for growth and expansion, there is no material event or information at this stage that necessitates disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

M&M has assured that it remains committed to making the necessary disclosures in compliance with applicable laws as and when required. Furthermore, the company has reiterated its adherence to all disclosure norms set forth by SEBI's Listing Regulations.
