SBI Card's Big Moves: Dividend Payout & New Leadership Announced!

Interim Dividend Declaration:The Board has approved an interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share (25% of the face value of Rs. 10/- each) for the financial year 2024-25. The Record Date for determining eligible shareholders is February 25, 2025, and the dividend will be credited or dispatched by March 18, 2025.

Leadership Transition: New MD & CEO Appointed:With the retirement of Mr. Abhijit Chakravorty from the State Bank of India (SBI ) on March 31, 2025, the Board has appointed Smt. Salila Pande as the new Managing Director & CEO of SBI Card. Her tenure will begin on April 1, 2025, for a period of two years, pending necessary approvals, including shareholder consent.
