HAL Secures Rs 62,700 Crore Defence Contract

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has signed a massive Rs 62,700 crore contract with the Defence Ministry for the supply of 156 light combat helicopters. This deal solidifies HAL's role as a key player in India's defense sector, ensuring a boost in the country's aerospace capabilities.

ACC Leadership Changes

ACC has announced key leadership changes effective April 1, 2025:

Ajay Kapur will step down as CEO of the company on March 31, 2025.

Vinod Bahety has been appointed as the new CEO.

Rakesh Tiwary has been appointed as the new CFO.

NSE Revises Market Lot Sizes

  3. Nifty Mid Select market lot increased from 120 to 140.
  4. Nifty 50 market lot remains unchanged at 75.
  5. Nifty Financial Services market lot remains unchanged at 65.
  6. Nifty Next 50 market lot remains unchanged at 25.
  7. Contracts expiring on April 24, May 29, and June 26 will continue with the old lot size.
  8. The first contract with the revised lot size will be the July 2025 expiry.
