
Tata Consumer Products reported a strong set of earnings for the fourth quarter. The company posted a 17.3% jump in revenue on a year-on-year basis, reaching ₹4,608 crore compared to ₹3,926.94 crore in Q4FY24. Sequentially, revenue rose by 3.7%, showcasing consistent growth momentum.

The most remarkable aspect of the results was the sharp increase in net profit. Profit After Tax (PAT) came in at ₹348.72 crore, up 64.2% YoY from ₹212.26 crore. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, PAT grew by 23.7%, underlining strong operational performance and cost efficiencies.
A noteworthy contributor to this profit surge was the shift in exceptional items. While Q4FY24 included an exceptional loss of ₹215.80 crore, the current quarter reported an exceptional gain of ₹45.32 crore, significantly boosting bottom-line numbers.
