Tata Harrier.ev: Tata Motors has officially unveiled the Tata Harrier.ev, marking a bold step forward in the Indian EV market. Priced from ₹27.49 lakh to ₹34.49 lakh (ex-showroom), the Harrier EV is available in five variants: Empowered, Empowered+, Empowered+ Long Range, Fearless, and Fearless+. The base variants come with a 65 kWh battery, while the top-end trims feature a larger 75 kWh battery pack for extended range and performance.

The Harrier.ev delivers a powerful driving experience with an output of 285 PS and 504 Nm of torque, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds. It supports both RWD and dual-motor AWD configurations, making it suitable for diverse terrains. The SUV features six terrain modes to adapt to various driving conditions, enhancing its off-road and all-weather capabilities.

In terms of range, Tata Motors has revealed an ARAI-tested MIDC range of 627 km. However, in more realistic conditions, the vehicle is expected to offer a C75 range of 480 km to 505 km. Fast charging from 20% to 80% is possible in just 25 minutes with a 150 kW DC charger, while peak charging is rated at 120 kW.

The design language remains true to the Harrier DNA but with futuristic enhancements. It includes full-width LED DRLs and taillights, aero-efficient alloy wheels, a new grille, and revised bumpers, giving the Harrier EV a modern yet robust look. The Q5 Light Saber DRL and aerodynamic elements contribute to both aesthetics and efficiency.

Inside, the cabin is equipped with a large QLED touchscreen display and a JBL Black audio system enhanced with Dolby Atmos support. For added rear passenger comfort, Tata has included a 'Boss Mode' feature. Other key highlights include a mobile phone key feature, 540-degree surround view system, auto parking, and an electronic rear-view mirror (eRVM) with digital video recording functionality.

Safety is also a major focus, with the Harrier.ev offering Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), enhancing driver confidence through features like adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and emergency braking.

With its blend of advanced electric powertrain technology, luxurious features, and safety advancements, the Tata Harrier.ev positions itself as a top contender in the premium electric SUV segment in India.
