Islamabad, 22 October 2025 — Pakistan has strongly condemned the renewed attacks by Israeli occupying forces in Gaza, describing them as a clear violation of the Gaza peace agreement and a tragic cause of numerous civilian deaths.
According to the statement issued by the Government of Pakistan, such actions directly contradict the spirit of the peace agreement signed in Sharm El-Sheikh, which was witnessed by leadership from Muslim and Arab nations, as well as representatives from the United States, Europe, and the United Nations.
Pakistan has called upon the international community to take urgent and effective measures to end these violations. It urged all global actors to ensure the full implementation of the ceasefire and to safeguard the lives and rights of Palestinian civilians.
Reaffirming its unwavering support for the Palestinian cause, Pakistan reiterated its stance for an immediate end to Israeli hostilities. The statement emphasized Pakistan’s principled position advocating for the establishment of an independent, sovereign, and contiguous State of Palestine, based on pre-June 1967 borders, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
The statement concluded with a reminder that peace and stability in the region can only be achieved through justice, adherence to international agreements, and respect for human rights.
