The renewable energy solutions provider has posted its highest-ever quarterly revenue, EBITDA, PBT, and PAT — showcasing strong execution, margin expansion, and robust financial health.
For the quarter ended March 2025, Waaree RTL posted revenue from operations of ₹476.58 crore, registering a solid 74% growth compared to ₹273.31 crore in the same quarter last year. On a sequential basis too, the revenue showed strong growth over ₹360.42 crore reported in Q3 FY25. This performance was backed by robust project execution and a healthy order book that has positioned the company for sustained momentum.
The company also reported a significant jump in profitability. Profit before tax for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹121.16 crore, compared to ₹72.07 crore in Q4 FY24, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 68%. The bottom line saw even stronger growth — profit after tax came in at ₹93.76 crore, up 83% from ₹51.31 crore in the same quarter last year.
One of the key highlights of this quarter was the sharp surge in operating cash flow, which more than doubled to ₹302 crore compared to ₹127 crore in Q4 FY24 — demonstrating the company’s strong cash generation capabilities and operational efficiency.
For the full financial year ended March 31, 2025, Waaree RTL reported revenue from operations of ₹1,597.74 crore, a massive 82% increase compared to ₹876.50 crore in FY24. Profit before tax for the year rose to ₹304.94 crore, up from ₹198.45 crore in the previous year. The company’s net profit for the year also saw substantial growth, climbing to ₹229.42 crore from ₹142.61 crore in FY24 — a year-on-year growth of 61%.
Earnings per share for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹9.00 (Basic), compared to ₹4.93 in the same quarter last year. For the full year, the EPS was ₹22.00, a jump from ₹13.85 reported in FY24.
This robust performance was driven by strong cost management, margin expansion beyond management guidance of 15-16%, and efficient project delivery. The company’s order book remains strong, offering confidence for the upcoming financial year.
